Sinopsis: Tienen cicatrices, sobrepeso, están embarazadas, afeitadas o tatuadas. En el vestuario, Joana estudia las condiciones físicas de otras mujeres y luego de sí misma en el espejo. ¿Se puede modular tu propio cuerpo? ¿Tu género? ¿Tu feminidad? «Break Free» está escrito en su camiseta. Es la hora de la emancipación.

 

Synopsis: Scarred, fat, pregnant, shaved, tattooed: Joana examines the bodies of the women in the changing room. Later, she studies her own reflection in the mirror with the same intensity. Can you change your body? Your gender? Femininity? “Break free”, screams the caption on her T-shirt, under an image of Freddie Mercury – time for emancipation.
