Pascal-Alex Vincent nace en Monargis (Francia). Tras obtener un título en Historia del cine, trabajó distribuyendo películas japonesas en Francia.
Comienza a dirigir cortometrajes en 2001. En 2005, su cuarto cortometraje formó parte de la Selección Oficial del Festival de Cannes. Dos años después, Pascal-Alex volvía a Cannes con Candy Boy (2007), un corto de animación seleccionado en lla Quincena de los Realizadores.
Donne-moi la main es su primer largo, inspirado en las famosas road-movies de los 70.
Biography:
Pascal-Alex Vincent was born in Montargis (France). After obtaining a degree in Film History,he worked distributing Japanese films in France.
Pascal-Alex started directing short films in 2001.In 2005, Pascal-Alex’s fourth short film, Baby Shark, was part of the Official Selection of the Cannes Film Festival. Two years later, Pascal-Alex was back in Cannes with Candy Boy (2007), a short animation film selected for the Directors’ Fortnight. Donne-moi la main is his first feature film inspired by the famous road-movies of the 70’s.

| Sinopsis: | Quentin y Antoine, dos gemelos de 18 años, deciden ir sin que su padre lo sepa al funeral de su madre en España haciendo auto-stop. El viaje estará marcado por las peleas, reconciliaciones y experiencias. También revelará sus diferentes intereses y lo confuso de sus emociones. Un camino luminoso que les llevará a la madurez y que cambiará su relación para siempre. |
| Synopsis: | Quentin and Antoine, 18 year old twins, decide without their father knowing to go to their mother's funeral in Spain hitchhiking. Their trip will be marked by quarrels, reconciliations and experiences. It will also reveal the differences between their interests and the confusion of their emotions. A luminous trek that will bring them to maturity and that will change their relationship forever. |
