Sinopsis / synopsis

Ambientada en una comunidad de Testigos de Jehova en Quebec en los años noventa, nos narra el romance entre dos chicas: Jamie, recién llegada a casa de unos parientes tras la muerte de su padre; Marike es hija de uno de los más prominentes Testigos del lugar. Pronto tendrán que tomar una difícil decisión, elegir entre la fé o el amor.

Set in a community of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Quebec in the 1990s, it tells the story of the romance between two girls: Jamie, who has just arrived at the home of relatives after the death of her father; Marike is the daughter of one of the most prominent Witnesses in the area. Soon they will have to make a difficult decision, choose between faith or love.
