This movie tells the story of Tom, nowadays considered a gay icon. It goes from his hard youth marked by homophobia to his success in the North American arts market.

Dome Karukoski es un director finlandés de relevancia internacional, en 2013 fue elegido en el TOP-10 directores que tienes que conocer en el mundo. Con seis películas bajo su dirección, ha conseguido 33 nominaciones para los Premios Finlandeses de Cine y la mitad de sus producciones han ganado el premio de la audiencia.

Dome Karukoski is a very acclaimed Finland’s director internationally, in 2013 he was chosen for Variety’s TOP-10 directors to watch in the world. With six films, he already achieve thirty-three nominations and half of his production have won the Audience Award at the Finnish National Film Awards.
