Sinopsis / Synopsis

Una pareja en un matrimonio con problemas encuentra un meteorito, iniciando un encuentro con una criatura misteriosa. Sus vidas cambian por el descubrimiento de la criatura, que es una fuente de placer y destrucción.

A couple in a troubled marriage locate a meteorite, initiating an encounter with a mysterious creature. Their lives are turned upside down by the discovery of the creature, which is a source of both pleasure and destruction.

Biografía / Biography

Amat Escalante es un director, productor y guionista mexicano. Ha dirigido Sangre, Los bastardos y Heli. También se presentó en el Festival Internacional de Cine de Róterdam y en el Festival Internacional de Cine de San Sebastián.Su cinta Heli fue seleccionada para competir por la Palma de Oro en el Festival de Cine de Cannes 2013, y fue galardonada con el Premio al Mejor Director, por el jurado presidido por el director estadounidense Steven Spielberg.

Amat Escalante is a Mexican director, producer and scriptwriter. He directed Sangre, Los bastardos and Heli. He competed in the international film festival of Rotterdam and in the international film festival of San Sebastián. His movie Heli was nominated for the golden palm at the Cannes film festival in 2013, and he was awarded with the best director prize by the jury presided by Steven Spielberg.
